Stenciling


Stenciling is a technique that is quite common. Used to replicate an image or pattern stencils can be combined with different mediums to create both presence and texture. In taking stencil painting to another level some artists produce their own stencils in the studio allowing them to replicate patterns existing in fabrics and textiles creating unique one of a kind finishes, establishing continuity between furnishings and walls.
