As part of our ongoing service for valued customers, we have a program that offers an effective way for home owners and investors to maintain the exterior integrity of their property.
This is an annual service of pressure cleaning, inspection and maintenance painting accompanied by a detailed written report. The service is performed by trained technicians who are experienced at identifying potential problem areas and conditions before there are serious failures.
The exterior service contract is available as an annual package and includes the following:
- Pressure cleaning the complete exterior of the property including pool decks, walkways, external stairs, decks and railings. As an option, we can include a pool screen enclosure and roof.
- Inspect exterior surface for any problems which may cause or lead to water intrusion.
- Touch up exterior surfaces and up to four (4) hours of specialized attention to problem areas.
- Inspection report. You will receive a detailed written report of our observations and suggestions.
