We check for failed paint or caulking and any other condition which may lead to water intrusion possibly resulting in the need for extensive repairs if left unattended. This service is more than a typical pressure cleaning as our personnel are trained to spot minor conditions that are indicators of potentially more severe conditions.

As an upgrade to the exterior cleaning and inspection we provide an annual touch up and maintenance procedure designed to maximize the life of your new finish by repairing minor caulking and sealing issues as well as touching up the paint where necessary.

Interior maintenance programs are designed more for absentee owners who rent their property and like to maintain a high quality standard for their customers.
