Failed stucco and damaged sheet rock are the most common problems we encounter requiring professional repairs prior to painting. It makes no sense to put new paint over damaged substrates (surfaces). Settling and water intrusion are the typical contributing factors to these problems. It is important to determine the cause and resolve that prior to replacing damaged areas and repainting.
