7. Scheduling
8. Customer login access online
9. Consultation for colors and sheen
10. Sampling on wall
11. Progress reports online (digital images) summaries and communications
12. Final touch up
13. Acceptance, approval, sign off
14. Invoice with color record and guarantee
15. 6 week check up
16. 1st annual inspection and follow-up with exterior cleaning
