We pride ourselves in making our community more attractive. This project is one of many that we have completed that makes our community look better.

This project required monumental effort.  We are very proud and excited to have completed this project flawlessly.  In Sept. 2009, we repainted 74 individual 1,100sf time share units in 24 days. Each unit was furnished with carpet and floor covering which required protective covering. All furnishings were stacked and covered prior to painting of the doors, trim, ceilings, and walls.

Several paint products and colors in each unit required exceptional coordination with white ceilings, two colors on the walls and white doors and trim.

Scheduling this project to complete on time was a huge challenge. Each group of units were available for painting only during a six day period. We completed 30 units (33,000 square feet) in the first six days, with all furnishings and wall art neatly back in place.
