To insure that we have done everything necessary to achieve a quality product and that it is performing as it should be we have a follow up inspection program available to customers for whom we have painted.

The exterior inspection will happen initially within three or four weeks of completion and then one year later for a complimentary first year annual cleaning and inspection. The initial inspection is intended to check that all aspects of the project have been completed in a quality manner. The first annual anniversary inspection gives us the opportunity to assess how well the work is holding up, as well as the opportunity to identify and remedy any recurring problems before they grow larger.

Interior inspections and follow up may actually be through communication with the owner and are intended to encourage discussion of the job results including any issue or dissatisfaction so we can find an immediate remedy and also have the information necessary to prevent a reoccurrence of that problem.

It is inspection and customer feed back that allows us to grow a more proficient and responsive business.
